Ottawa Family Photos with their dog
Ottawa few weeks ago I shot some Ottawa family photos with their dog. We met at Rockcliffe Park just east of downtown Ottawa. It’s not my usual spot for fall photos. However, I needed a spot in which dogs were allowed. This worked out well for the portrait session.
It was a beautiful autumn day. The sun was shining. It was still fairly warm. I must add that their dog was super cute. I’m not a huge fan of dogs. I do have one, but that’s pretty much the only dog I adore. But their dog was pretty darn cute and very energetic. It was fun to work with her. And it was also pretty easy to get her to look at the camera. They had brought a cute squeaky toy that makes pig sounds when you squeeze it. I now want one for my own dog.
I had scouted out the location the day before to see what the autumn leaf situation was. However, I wasn’t anticipating a wedding behind held on a Friday at the pavilion. But, with covid, anything goes these days. We just made sure to stay out of their way, which was fairly easy, since Rockcliffe is a large enough park. It was fine.
