Gatineau Park Waterfall Trail Engagement Photos
Just after the Thanksgiving long weekend, I shot a Gatineau Park waterfall trail engagement photo session. It was a beautiful sunny fall afternoon. Gatineau Park was crazy busy with people. We had to park about one km away from where we wanted to go and then walk there, but it was all good.
I gotta mention how these two lovelies were a dream to work with. They’re both photogenic as anything. They knew how to pose and to play in front of the camera. It really made my job a lot easier. For reals.
I’d only been to this trail twice before I shot their engagment session. Once I came in winter for a hike with my family. The second time was the day before when I brought my daughter and our dog for a hike. It’s such a pretty place for a hike. I love the pretty, little wooden pedestrian bridges that are found along the trail. They give that added touch of rustic charm to the scenery. And, if course, the pretty orange and yellow leaves on the trees and on the ground. Fall is just such a pretty time of year.
I’m looking forward to shooting Paul and Laura’s wedding this upcoming summer at the beautiful, rustic Gatineau wedding venue, Adalina Barn.
